Who We Are

Building Champions On & Off The Pitch

Transform FC was founded on a simple belief: every child deserves a safe space to play, learn, and grow. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to using football as a tool for social change.

We don't just train athletes; we mentor leaders. Our curriculum combines rigorous sports training with life skills workshops, focusing on discipline, teamwork, and conflict resolution. We are a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO #335-033-NPO) committed to transparency and impact.

What We Do

Our Core Programs

Structured initiatives designed to meet the specific needs of our community at every stage of development.

Youth Development

Weekly training sessions for ages 9–17 focusing on technical skills, physical fitness, and sportsmanship. We arrange kits, equipment, and other tools to nurture footballing talent.

Life Skills Academy

Integrating education with sport. We host workshops on career guidance, mental health awareness, and digital literacy to prepare youth for the future.

Community League

Organising and attending local tournaments that bring together diverse neighbourhoods. These events foster social cohesion and pride in our shared public spaces.
